Key responsibilities:

As part of our Consumer Shopper Analytics team, you will lead the delivery of bespoke shopper and analytic consulting projects. You will develop shopper insights and activation strategies that empower our clients; FMCG manufacturers and retailers. Through developing the appropriate media, assortment and price and promotion strategies, you will enable our clients to activate shoppers more effectively.

Your day to day responsibilities include:

  • Leading the briefing process with the client to understand their business requirements
  • End to end project management of consulting projects, ensuring key milestones, desired outcomes, resourcing and timeline for delivery are met
  • Delivering client presentations through effective storytelling

We’re looking for:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, statistics or economics
  • Previous experience in category management or insights within the FMCG industry
  • Previous experience working with scan, shopper panel or customer loyalty data, along with experience in scan analytics/econometric modelling (price, promotion or media)
  • Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Highly proficiency in interpreting data and leveraging insights to influence business decisions
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • A collaborative person who enjoys working as part of a team
