Key responsibilities:

Working across our customer data platforms (Coles Synergy, Priceline Pulse and Costco CRX), you will enable clients to make data driven decisions that empower and grow their business. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with clients to define business problems
  • Effectively using data analytics to provide recommendations to solve the problem
  • Championing the use of customer loyalty data and IRI’s proprietary data visualisation and analytics platform
  • Managing the client relationship and engagement
  • Ensuring the execution of account plan initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with the business development team to generate new business opportunities and drive renewal strategies with existing clients

We’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or similar
  • Previous experience in insights or category management within a market research agency or FMCG manufacturer/retailer
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights and tell a story from the data
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Capability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands
